IBM Research-Ireland has released the 1st open-source version of the Human Behaviour Change Project's information extraction system. Details on this can be found on Github (https://github.com/HumanBehaviourChangeProject) and the system can be interrogated on the Swagger API interface (http://23.97.177.82:8180/swagger-ui.html#/doc45extract45info).
